● Maintaining websites using Blackbaud NetCommunity and WordPress: creating custom donation forms and event registration modules, graphic design, SEO;
● Managing donor information using the Raiser's Edge database to create constituents, track proposals, record gifts, and generate donor acknowledgment letters;

● Participated in meetings with legislators, advocates, and state administrators to develop said legislation, addressing such matters as funding and feasibility analyses;
● Worked with various community coalitions to strategize advocacy plans for other health care issues such as Medicaid policy;

● Assisted with fundraising efforts, including coordinating the logistics of a mass mailing campaign.
